Am unteren Ende steht Schleswig-Holstein mit nur 76,6&nbsp;Prozent bestandenen Pr\u00fcfungen, gefolgt von Sachsen-Anhalt (81,7&nbsp;%) und Bayern (83,2&nbsp;%) \u2014 letzteres trotz mit 1.615 Pr\u00fcflingen der zweitgr\u00f6\u00dften Kohorte im Bundesgebiet.<\/p>\n<p>Bemerkenswert: Auch mitgliederstarke L\u00e4nder wie Nordrhein-Westfalen (2.251 Pr\u00fcflinge, 84,4&nbsp;%) liegen unter dem Bundesschnitt, w\u00e4hrend kleinere L\u00e4nder wie Brandenburg (155 Pr\u00fcflinge, 91,0&nbsp;%) \u00fcberdurchschnittlich abschneiden. Ein einfacher Zusammenhang zwischen Kohortengr\u00f6\u00dfe und Erfolgsquote l\u00e4sst sich aus den Zahlen nicht ablesen.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-section\">\n<div class=\"jur24-sechead\">\n<h3>Welche Note gibt es am Ende?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"jur24-lede\">Das deutsche Notensystem in der Juristenausbildung ist ber\u00fcchtigt f\u00fcr seine Strenge: Nur eine verschwindend geringe Zahl an Pr\u00fcflingen erreicht die Spitzennoten.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jur24-two-col\">\n<div class=\"jur24-chartcard\">\n        <svg viewBox=\"0 0 560 340\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" role=\"img\" aria-label=\"Notenverteilung 2. Bei den Frauen waren es 4.573 von 5.285, also 86,5&nbsp;Prozent. Der Abstand von rund zwei Prozentpunkten ist \u00fcber die Jahre hinweg ein wiederkehrendes Muster in der amtlichen Statistik und spiegelt sich auch in der Zusammensetzung der Durchfaller:innen: 712 der 1.158 nicht bestandenen Pr\u00fcfungen (61,5&nbsp;%) entfielen auf Frauen \u2014 ein h\u00f6herer Anteil, als es ihrem Anteil an allen Pr\u00fcflingen entspr\u00e4che.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-section\">\n<div class=\"jur24-sechead\">\n<h3>Der zweite Versuch<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"jur24-lede\">Wer beim ersten Mal durchf\u00e4llt, kann die Pr\u00fcfung wiederholen \u2014 mit sp\u00fcrbar besseren Aussichten als beim regul\u00e4ren Antritt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jur24-grid4\">\n<div class=\"jur24-cell\">\n<div class=\"jur24-n\">955<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-t\">Kandidat:innen traten 2024 zur Wiederholungspr\u00fcfung an<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-cell\">\n<div class=\"jur24-n\">271<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-t\">davon erneut nicht bestanden<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-cell\">\n<div class=\"jur24-n\">71,6&nbsp;%<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-t\">Erfolgsquote der Wiederholer:innen<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-cell\">\n<div class=\"jur24-n\">\u2248&nbsp;10&nbsp;%<\/div>\n<div class=\"jur24-t\">Anteil der Wiederholer:innen an allen Pr\u00fcflingen<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Rund jede zehnte Pr\u00fcfung im Jahr 2024 war ein Wiederholungsversuch.
