Das Land ist in drei gro\u00dfe OLG-Bezirke aufgeteilt: D\u00fcsseldorf, Hamm und K\u00f6ln. Welches OLG f\u00fcr dich zust\u00e4ndig ist, h\u00e4ngt davon ab, in welchem Landgerichtsbezirk du sp\u00e4ter deine Zelte aufschl\u00e4gst.<\/p>\n<p>Hier sind die \u201eStammdienststellen\u201c, also die Landgerichte (LG), die f\u00fcr dich zust\u00e4ndig sind, wenn du dort deinen Vorbereitungsdienst absolvierst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OLG-Bezirk D\u00fcsseldorf:<\/strong> Hier kannst du den Dienst beim LG D\u00fcsseldorf, LG Duisburg, LG Kleve, LG Krefeld, LG M\u00f6nchengladbach oder LG Wuppertal antreten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OLG-Bezirk Hamm:<\/strong> Das ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Bezirk mit den Standorten LG Arnsberg, LG Bielefeld, LG Bochum, LG Detmold, LG Dortmund, LG Essen, LG Hagen, LG M\u00fcnster, LG Paderborn und LG Siegen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OLG-Bezirk K\u00f6ln:<\/strong> Hier ist die Auswahl etwas kleiner, aber fein: LG Aachen, LG Bonn oder LG K\u00f6ln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dein LG ist \u00fcbrigens deine <strong>personalaktenf\u00fchrende Stammdienststelle<\/strong> (gerade Monate) und Aachen (ungerade Monate) ab.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zuweisung zu einem dieser Gerichte erfolgt <strong>nach pflichtgem\u00e4\u00dfem Ermessen des OLG-Pr\u00e4sidenten<\/strong>, wobei deine W\u00fcnsche und sozialen Belange (verheiratet, Kinder, Schwerbehinderung) ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Wenn du also unbedingt nach M\u00fcnster willst, weil du dort schon deine gesamte Studienzeit verbracht hast, solltest du das im Antrag fett markieren. Es gibt aber <strong>keinen Rechtsanspruch<\/strong> auf einen bestimmten Ort (\u00a7 30 Abs. 3 JAG NRW).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die sp\u00e4teren Examensklausuren gibt es feste Zuweisungen. Wenn deine Stammdienststelle zum Beispiel Aachen oder Bonn ist, schreibst du deine Klausuren in K\u00f6ln. Kommst du aus Essen oder Hagen, geht es nach Bochum.
